1. Shipping Cost and Information:
Most orders placed by 1pm EST, ship the same business day, depending on the availability of the merchandise and verifying your shipping address. If there is a delay in your order due to the unavailability of the merchandise or your given unconfirmed mailing address, you be contacted within 48 hours. You will then have the option to either pick another item or you can email to us for refund your payment. If your address is unconfirmed we have right to refund your payment without notice. All order will be shipped trackable carrier. Both side ( buyer and seller ) has full right to track.
UPS and USPS services are our shipping method:
For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Island, FPO/APO and P.O. Box address we do ship through USPS Priority Mail.
For all other 48 contiguous United States, we do ship through UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. No orders are shipped on Sunday and Holiday. We make every possible effort to do all shipments before the weekend.
