Undelivered Packages

If a package is refused by customer or returned back to us due to incorrect address, we will refund your payment deducting the shipping cost and other charges for this shipment. You must re-order in order to adjust shipping address after we receive the package.

Please note the refund will be made by the same method used for payment.
