If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 30 days after the sale date, and we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Also note that we are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange on any opened or used goods.
We will process your returns as quickly as possible and will notify you via email after the refund, replacement, or exchange is processed. If you have a shipping or billing address change, please notify Perfume And Cologne Worldwide prior to any replacements or exchanges. If no address change is necessary, all exchanges/replacements will be sent to the address on file.
Please allow a maximum of 14 business days for your refund, replacement, or exchange to be processed. Thereafter, your payment will be refunded by Perfume And Cologne Worldwide as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 days after processing. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.
